A women’s Universal Geneve 14K white gold and diamond mechanical hand-winding watch. This vintage Swiss-made watch features fourteen diamond chips in a prong setting encrusted in a 14K white gold bezel. The Gemex band is a braided black rope with a gold filled locking hinge clap and safety chain.
