A collectible handcrafted 1981 Annalee ‘Toy Maker Santa’ doll. This is a delightful 18’ H Annalee Santa dressed in his work apron with a wooden train in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. The Annalee dolls are created with a flexible wire framed body dressed in rich fabrics and hand painted faces. This Santa holds a real paint brush and a wooden toy train and comes with the original paper tag. Made in Meredith New Hampshire and designed by Barbara Annalee Davis (1915-2002), who was born in Concord, New Hampshire.
