RARE Mid Century Schuco Radio 4012 Wind Up Tin Car

A rare mid century Schuco tin wind-up 4012 Thorens radio car in the very hard to find mint green color. This car comes with its original instructions and key as well as the original box. The detail on this piece is awesome. Its manufacture date was between 1950-1955. You can wind-up the car for movement and a second wind-up spot will play the music. When both areas were wound up the car moved perfectly, however, I could not get the music to play. I did not wind it very much for fear of over-winding.

~Please note that the car ran after wound, however, the music did not play when it was wound up.
