Item Details
A set of ten hardcover books about history, primarily American and European history, published from the late 19th to the mid 20th centuries. This includes Diedrich Knickerbocker’s history of New York ‘from the beginning of the world until the end of the Dutch dynasty’, as well as a 1938 volume of ‘Inside Europe’ chronicling the turbulent events leading up to World War II as they happened.
Condition
- mostly fair to good condition, with the oldest three volumes (A Young Folk’s History of the United States and two German texts) in poor condition, with their covers and bindings falling apart (Young Folk’s History appears to be missing everything before Chapter Two).
