Artist-Signed Elizabeth Lincoln Rookwood Pottery Matte Vase
Item Details
A rich palette of green, deep rose and blue graduated across the body of this slender Rookwood Pottery vase signed by Rookwood artist Elizabeth Neave Lincoln (Ohio, 1876-1957) dated 1927. Beautiful dark burgundy flowers grace the sides of the matte glazed vase. Incised with mold ‘951D’, and marked with the Rookwood Pottery flame hallmark to the base.
Condition
- small flea bite chip to the base part of manufacture process with minor pitting to the finish again under glaze and part of the firing process.
