Vintage French and German Hand Painted Dishes

A lovely assorted set of dishes in a coordinating pale blue rim with lush open roses with hand painted details from both France and Germany. Lot includes six dinner size plates marked D&C France in a green backstamp, featuring pink, yellow, and pink and yellow roses to the plates all appearing different. There is a set of seven small plates, with one being a lunch size plate with a M&Z Austria green backstamp. All of these plates have pink, and yellow roses to their design. There is a lovely set of six marked Haviland of France berry bowls with embossed scalloped edges, and two different styles of cups and saucers marked only with Germany or unmarked. Additionally there is a lovely cream and sugar with soft satin finish gold handles, a single pair of salt and pepper shakers, and a small oblong side dish decorated with similar hues but in pansy flowers and marked to the base Austria Princess Louise with an ink ‘Fareit’ written.
Condition
- to fair vintage condition with to be expected loss of gold to the trim, a few minor rim chips and minor soiling.
