A vintage ‘See No Evil’ soap stone toothpick holder and box. The toothpick holder shows carved monkeys into a solid piece of beautiful soapstone. Each has the expected pose. The box is modern, made in India with carved sides like those of the panels in the Taj Mahal. Artisan in Agra most likely created this piece; with inlay mother of pearl.
