A vintage Nutone ‘Madison’ mantel chime clock model number CH-4000. The clock is Telechron motored and features mahogany wood housing, top pediment with three finials, a wooden door with the face and clock works mounted in the door. The interior houses the chime mechanism and the clock rests on four wooden feet.
