An antiquarian 2-volume set entitled ‘National Portrait Gallery of Eminent Americans.’ Illustrations are from original paintings by Alonzo Chappel, and biographical entries written by E. a. Duyckinck. Published in 1862 by the Johnson Fry Company.
Condition
Book condition is fair to poor. Binding is torn and loose on both volumes, and there are water stains to bottom of most pages, along with other foxing on pages.
