Pleasing original watercolor on paper titled, ‘Rough Seas’ by C. Staruos, dated 1991. This piece is loosely painted in tones of blue and green. The scene depicts 3 sailboats on the rough seas, one is precariously tilted on a large wave. Signed and dated by artist in the lower right corner. Housed in a dark blue metal frame accented with double mattes.
