Vintage Birdseye Nightstand Louis XVI Style
A vintage Louis XVI birdseye maple nightstand. Lovely woodgrain pattern, with applied Rococo carving where front legs meet body of piece. Features two front cabinet doors with brass knobs. Interior has a circular hole drilled to bottom to thready cord through. Possibly manufactured in Grand Rapids, Michigan circa 1920s or 1930s. A few scratches and dents, particularly to legs and lower part of frame, and a scratch to top surface. There is a hole cut out of this nightstand.
