“Rue de la Paix – Recital” from Jaeger Le Coultre. Fine and unusual eight day-going table clock with alarm, designed as a street lamp. Off-white dial with Roman numerals and aperture for the alarm indication. Night and day indication in the form of a revolving disk around the blued steel hands.

Condition

Function of winding mechanism unknown. Enamel paint on clock has some scuff marks. Lamp post is screwed on in several parts – currently not sitting evenly. Please preview for best assessment.

Additional information 7/24/14 – the clock is not running now and appears to have been overwound.
