A vintage brass Tamboli pasta press. This device is used to make different types of pasta by placing pasta dough into the chamber and turning the handle to extrude different shapes of pasta. This item only comes with one pasta shaping disc, and is constructed from solid brass with a mark from the manufacturer on the side.
