Three Rookwood Commemorative Plates in Turquoise Matte Glaze
Item Details
A group of three Rookwood Pottery commemorative plates, all three finished in a turquoise matte glaze. Two plates depict the St. Francis Tower at Graymoor Garrison in NY and the third plate was created for the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC. All three plates are imprinted to the bottom with the Rookwood flame emblem and are dated LXII (1962).
