Condition
- fair condition overall. The car runs, drives, and brakes. There are small dents on the rear deck, driver’s side door, and random places around the car. Seat covers are covering the two seats. There is a fluid leak under that car that appears to be transmission fluid. The car idles high and shifts a little rough. It has been repainted at some point in time. The lock is missing on the trunk and the trunk will not open. The removable hard top does not have a stand. It also only has one roof removal tool (drivers side) and has silicone caulk holding it together in one spot so that the top could not be taken off. The brakes are weak and need to be pumped to stop if you are driving with any speed. The AMG badge on the back is more contemporary and has been added. There does not appear to be any AMG parts that have been added to the car. The veneer and polyurethane are cracked.

Cashier’s checks take up to 24 hours to clear and all wire transfers must be made through EBTH Headquarters prior to EBTH releasing any vehicles. EBTH will not accept credit card payment for motor vehicles at any time.
- EBTH does not warrant condition of vehicles. Condition stated is that of the owner. Please make an appointment and bring a mechanic to preview vehicles for personal assessment.
- Vehicles will be held on site for no more than 14 days, unless other arrangements have been made at time of purchase. Any vehicle left on premises past the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $50 per week/up to 60 days. After 60 days, the item is forfeited.
- The winning bidder is advised to check with their DMV / BMV to ensure that all necessary paperwork, tags, title transfer, et cetera are complete before the motor vehicle is removed from the premises.
- Please note: If the winning bidder selects the warehouse transfer option, the item will be available for pickup at the selected warehouse three business days after payment has been finalized.
