This pair of Mid Century Modern Style specimen cabinets is constructed from walnut with a natural grain finish. Each cabinet features a vertical orientation housing ten shallow drawers designed for the storage of maps, prints, or geological specimens. The drawer fronts are designed with integrated recessed pulls along the bottom edges, maintaining a streamlined profile characteristic of the mid-20th century aesthetic. The cabinets are supported by integrated plinth bases with a subtle decorative arch at the front toe kick. The interiors of the drawers are composed of secondary wood and finished with numerical identifiers on the upper lips.
