Three Rookwood Beer Mugs in Soft Brown High Gloss Glaze, 1948
Item Details
A group of three Rookwood beer steins or mugs, each in a soft brown ‘wine madder’ high gloss glaze. One mug advertises ‘Falls City Beer’ stating to the front in raised lettering ’Here’s Good Luck To You’ with four leaf clovers at the rim. The two additional mugs are faintly inscribed with the name Wm. E Quasx at the front. Two mugs are imprinted with the shape #587 while all three bear the Rookwood flame emblem and the date XLVIII (1948).
Condition
, to good. No chips or cracks. Allover crazing to the Falls City mug.
