A contemporary Turkish Milas (Melas) style area rug measuring approximately 4′ × 7′ and hand-knotted from 100% wool. The composition features a central geometric medallion field enclosed by wide, multi-layered borders with stylized floral and rosette motifs. The palette consists of a muted brick red and salmon field with cream and charcoal black accents. A stonewashed finish has been applied to create a low-profile pile and intentional tonal abrash throughout the dyes. The piece is finished with an integrated natural fringe and remains in excellent condition with no visible repairs.
