Henredon Regency Style Library Table with Leather Top

Item Details

This late 20th-century library table by Henredon Furniture Industries was handcrafted in the Philippines in the Regency Revival style. The table features a rectangular top with an inset mahogany-toned leather surface, detailed with gold-tooled decorative borders. The frieze contains two drawers fitted with ornate brass lion-mask ring pulls and finished internally with decorative floral paper liners. The structure is supported by four splayed legs joined by a central stretcher, accented with gilded acanthus leaf capitals and terminating in brass-toned paw feet.
