Queen Anne Style Dressing Table
Item Details
This Queen Anne style dressing table is a late 20th-century reproduction featuring mahogany veneers and a three-drawer design. The rectangular top has a molded edge and a central decorative band inlay. The drawer fronts are adorned with solid brass batwing backplates and bail handles. The piece is supported by four cabriole legs terminating in pad feet, connected by a decoratively scalloped apron. Unlike true period examples, this modern unit features a finished back and utilizes composite particle board for internal drawer components, indicating mass-market factory production.
