- Scheduling & Availability: The round must be scheduled on a mutually agreed-upon date between the winning bidder and the host member. High-season availability may be limited and is subject to the club’s guest policies and tournament schedule.
- Expiration: This experience must be redeemed within one calendar year of the auction’s closing date (unless otherwise coordinated with the seller).
- Club Etiquette & Rules: The winning party agrees to adhere to all club rules regarding pace of play, cell phone usage, and dress code (traditional golf attire required; denim is strictly prohibited).
- Incidental Costs: The winning bid covers green fees for three (3) players. The winning bidder is responsible for caddie fees, gratuities, and all food and beverage expenses.
- Non-Transferable: This package is intended for the winning bidder and their guests. It may not be resold or re-auctioned.
