A Vintage Armchair (1930s) Richly Carved in the Jacobean Style

A vintage armchair, circa 1930s, richly carved in the Jacobean manner. The back of the chair has an open carved splat with exaggerated flourishes at the top with scrolled grips at the arms. The attractive chair then enjoys turned legs, a seat upholstered in a brown fabric and a double ‘U’ stretcher. A cute little vintage in a vintage fabric stool accompanies the chair.

Condition

, the frame is in good condition with little wear however the upholstery will need to be finished at the corners.
