This Lexington Furniture Queen Poster Bed is part of the ‘Vestiges’ collection, featuring a high-quality cherry finish that highlights the natural flame grain of the veneers. The headboard is defined by a multi-stepped arched pediment accented with carved scroll-work and a central shell motif. Two slender octagonal posts flank the headboard, while the shorter footboard posts are topped with intricately turned urn-form finials. The footboard features a decorative scalloped apron that mirrors the curvature of the headboard. Built in the United States in 1995, the bed includes its original side rails and a three-slat support system with a central stabilizing leg.
