This Campaign-style console table is constructed of mahogany and mahogany veneers with a rich reddish-brown finish. The rectangular case features two deep drawers with highly decorative reeded fronts that mimic the appearance of a tambour roll. The piece is heavily accented with traditional brass-finished ‘Campaign’ hardware, including reinforced brass corner guards, recessed flush-mount side handles, and decorative brass banding and caps on the square tapered legs. While emulating 19th-century British military furniture designed for portability, this late 20th-century interpretation focuses on visual aesthetic and utility, making it an ideal choice for foyers or living spaces.
