A centerpiece of the Matthew Izzo Bubbles Collection, this dining table utilizes oversized geometric forms to create a ‘Modern Primitive’ silhouette. The 60’ circular top is supported by a tripod base of three legs, each featuring a hand-turned spherical ‘bubble’ element. The wood is wire-brushed to emphasize the raw, organic grain and finished with a heavy whitewash. The staggered placement of the spheres adds a whimsical, sculptural quality to the otherwise heavy, grounded design. This table serves as a functional art piece, intended for high-traffic dining areas or grand entryway displays.
