Renaissance Revival banquet table, dating to the late 19th century, is constructed from walnut and features a distinctive octagonal top with deep molded edges. The extension-style top sits upon an elaborate base consisting of eight heavily turned and fluted legs characterized by bulbous knops and joined by scrolled H-stretchers. The unit is supported by original or period-appropriate casters for ease of movement.
