Victorian Style Tall Chest, Early 20th Century

Item Details

This American Victorian Revival tall chest, manufactured in the early 20th century, features a two-tier ‘chest-on-chest’ design characteristic of the era’s eclectic tastes. The upper section consists of a small cabinet with double doors, while the lower section houses three spacious drawers embellished with matched veneers and circular brass pulls. The piece is supported by elegant fluted legs and original rolling casters, often found on furniture from this period. The reverse retains original factory stenciling identifying the model and ‘Nut Brown’ finish.
