This ‘Dayton’ model stationary sofa was produced by La-Z-Boy Incorporated and features a classic transitional silhouette. The sofa is upholstered in a durable, easy-care chocolate brown microfiber and is designed for residential comfort with oversized pillow-back cushions and flared arms. A distinguishing feature is the integrated solid wood perimeter base, finished in a warm mahogany-tone stain, which elevates the piece above standard fully-upholstered models. The interior construction utilizes high-resiliency polyurethane foam and polyester batting. The piece retains all original manufacturer identification and safety tags, including the La-Z-Boy Acknowledgement number for warranty and part identification. While functionally excellent, the microfiber shows standard signs of residential use, including surface compression and fabric softening consistent with its age.
