This pair of ‘Olivia’ Bergère chairs from Ballard Designs offers a contemporary interpretation of 18th-century French seating. Each chair features a gracefully curved hardwood frame finished in a factory-distressed ‘English Blue’ paint, which highlights the carved rosettes at the knees and the fluted detailing on the tapered legs. The chairs are upholstered in a durable ‘Twill Bark’ tan fabric, featuring integrated padded armrests and a thick, removable seat cushion for enhanced comfort. Retaining their original retail labels from November 2018, these chairs were engineered for residential longevity using modern foam padding and kiln-dried wood. Their neutral palette and classic silhouette make them highly versatile for French Country, coastal, or traditional American interior styles.
