Item Details
A fine Federal Revival dressing table produced by the White Furniture Company of Mebane, North Carolina. This mahogany vanity features a distinctive tri-fold mirror arrangement, with a tall central arched plate and two hinged circular side mirrors. The pedestals contain six drawers adorned with high-contrast book-matched burl wood veneers and brass ring pulls. The entire piece is elevated on elegant reeded legs ending in casters. Accompanying the vanity is a matching upholstered bench with turned legs and structural H-stretchers. The piece retains its original factory label confirming the use of the historically significant DuPont Duco finish.
