This semi-antique Turkish runner, originating from the Yahyali region, features a vertical alignment of geometric diamond medallions on a warm camel-colored field. The tribal design is highlighted by deep indigo and soft madder-rose accents, framed by a series of geometric guard borders. Hand-knotted on a traditional wool foundation, the piece exhibits significant abrash (natural dye variations) and a weathered patina consistent with mid-century use. The rug is distinguished by its decorative indigo and cream checkerboard kilim ends, a hallmark of Central Anatolian village craftsmanship.
