The piece features a neutral cream field decorated with a sparse, all-over pattern of stylized floral palmettes and scrolling vines in muted taupe and sand tones. A wide primary border contains repeating eight-point star motifs, flanked by thin geometric guard borders. Measuring approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, the rug exhibits a low-clipped pile and remains in a distressed condition typical of the style. A manufacturer’s label is affixed to the reverse confirming the handmade Turkish origin and material composition.
