Leather-Wrapped Oak Side Table, Late 20th Century
Item Details
This Art Deco revival side table features a circular oak frame with a distinctive three-legged arched support system. The round tabletop is fully wrapped in tan leather, detailed with a decorative border of small brass-tone nailheads and a secondary row of larger nailheads along the apron. The arched legs terminate in a solid circular base, which is equipped with four metal floor glides. Visible staples on the underside and standard wood-glue assembly indicate late 20th-century manufacture. The leather surface exhibits circular stains and moderate darkening consistent with age and domestic use.
