Brandywine Design Ladder-Back Armchair with Toile Upholstery
Item Details
This Brandywine Design armchair features a French Provincial aesthetic, characterized by a four-slat ladder-back frame and decorative turned finials. The chair is constructed with a distressed white-painted finish over a hardwood frame, supporting a traditional woven rush seat. It is outfitted with custom-crafted cushions upholstered in a classic blue and white Toile de Jouy fabric, secured to the frame with integrated fabric ties. A secondary square toss pillow in a coordinating blue and white vertical stripe accompanies the piece. The underside retains the original manufacturer’s label, indicating the piece was custom-produced using textiles from Calico Corners, a prominent American fabric retailer.
