Hepplewhite Revival Cherry Nesting Tables, 20th Century

Item Details

This set of three nesting tables is executed in the Hepplewhite Revival style, constructed from solid and veneered cherry wood. The largest table features a rectangular top with a decorative scalloped edge, supported by four square tapered legs embellished with vertical fluting. The graduated design allows the two smaller tables to slide neatly beneath the primary surface. The smallest table is equipped with a single flush-mount drawer centered with a classic brass-toned ring pull. These pieces exhibit the slender proportions and refined geometry characteristic of the Federal influence in mid-20th-century American furniture manufacturing.
