This pair of Chippendale Revival wingback chairs by W.A. Bratburd Inc. of Cincinnati features a striking tortoiseshell-patterned leather upholstery. The chairs are designed with traditional high arched backs, pronounced wings, and elegant scrolled arms, all accented by continuous brass nailhead trim. Each chair is supported by fluted, square tapered front legs and splayed back legs in a dark wood finish. A copper-toned manufacturer’s plate is affixed to the underside. The unconventional mottled leather pattern provides a bold, Eclectic twist on a classic Traditional silhouette, making them suitable for both library and modern living settings.
