Pair of Neoclassical Style Leather Upholstered Library Chairs
Item Details
This pair of Neoclassical style library chairs features a mahogany-toned wood frame upholstered in black leather with brass nailhead detailing. Each chair is designed with a distinctive flared crest rail accented by a center-carved foliate sprig and scrolling arms that terminate in decorative metal medallions. The supportive barrel-back silhouette transitions into a loose seat cushion, supported by front cabriole legs and curved rear legs. These armchairs represent an Empire revival aesthetic, combining traditional carved motifs with mid-20th-century manufacturing techniques.
