A modern three-seat sofa featuring a clean, boxy silhouette with wide track arms and a single-bench seat cushion. The exterior is upholstered in ‘Bonnell Ivory’ performance fabric, a durable blend of 56% polyester and 44% olefin. The internal construction consists of a solid Rosa Morada and pine plywood frame with S-spring seat construction. Comfort is provided by loose feather-blend back cushions (60% fiber, 40% down) and a foam-core seat cushion (80-90% polyurethane foam with fiber and down wrap). The unit is supported by short, cylindrical wooden legs in a natural finish.

All items are located at the MI model home in zip code 45458. Pickup at the home is on 2/11 from 12pm to 6pm. Items can be transferred to the EBTH warehouse for a fee and will be available for this alternate pickup starting on 2/17. Winning bidder responsible for removal of all items and loading of personal vehicles.
