Item Details

An antique mahogany card table in the mid-18th-century Chippendale taste. The rectangular top is composed of two hinged leaves; the top leaf flips over to rest on a gate-leg mechanism, revealing a green felt-lined playing surface. The apron is straight with molded edges, supported by four square-section legs. The piece features decorative pierced fretwork corner brackets at the junction of the legs and apron.
