A steam-bent beechwood highchair featuring a looped ‘balloon’ backrest with a central vertical splat. The seat is inset with traditional hand-woven octagonal cane. The frame is supported by splayed legs for stability and includes an adjustable wooden footrest. The finish is a dark-stained walnut or mahogany tone on beechwood, typical of European bentwood production.
