Antique American Empire mahogany sideboard buffet, circa 1840. Features high-style flame mahogany veneers and a bow-front center. Distinctive spiral-twist columns with pineapple and acanthus leaf carvings. Supported by massive carved lion paw feet. Includes a shaped backsplash with carved scrolls and original pressed glass knobs. A quintessential piece of Late Classical furniture offering ample storage with three drawers and four cabinet doors.
