Christopher Hoeting is a Cincinnati-based visual artist, product designer, and educator whose work sits at the intersection of fine art and structural engineering. He holds a B.F.A. from the University of Dayton and an M.F.A. from the University of Maryland, where he was honored with the prestigious David C. Driskell Award for Excellence in the Fine Arts. Complementing his creative background, Hoeting studied Mechanical Engineering at Cincinnati State, earning certifications in CAD and CAM software.

Currently a Structural Design Engineer Manager at the Hillman Group, Hoeting’s career is defined by a unique interdisciplinary approach. He has served as an adjunct professor at Xavier University, the University of Dayton, and the University of Maryland. His extensive leadership in the Cincinnati arts community includes roles as a contract exhibition specialist for the Taft Museum of Art, co-founder of parProjects, and Art Director for The Requiem Project: The Emery.

Hoeting’s work and curatorial projects have earned critical acclaim in publications including The Washington Post, The New York Times, and The Cincinnati Enquirer. His multifaceted expertise as a designer, curator, and private estate consultant makes him a pivotal figure in the regional art landscape.
