A regal, limited production replica folding campaign fauteuil chair, originally purchased from the Bonaparte Museum in the City of Auxonne, Burgundy, France. The chair retains a brass decal with the numbers 444 to bottom. The chair is a replica of Napoleons chaise de campagne or military campaign chair. A stunning piece of substantial construction, it features brass hinged arms and folding frame, the chair is braced with a thick cowhide sling back and seat, fastened with a strap and buckle to back.
