Vintage Bazooka Bubble Gum Box Plus a Glass Case

Item Details

A vintage Bazooka box that once held four hundred and eighty pieces of bubble gum is in this lot, along with a table top wood case. The Bazooka box came from Brooklyn, New York, there is no zip code listed. It is presumed to be from the 1950s or very early 1960s. The box does not have a price printed on it, neither is there a ‘Bazooka Joe’ character. Bazooka first came out with baseball cards in 1959. There is a beautiful wood case with a glass top that is perfect for displaying baseball cards or any other type of sport ephemera. The case has a glass lid, and a foam bedding inside. The underside of the bedding is white, the red is a thin piece of felt.
