1800s German PS Co. Oak Grandfather Clock

Item Details

A German oak grandfathers clock made by the PS Co in the late 1800s. The face is brass with delicate leaves and hammered pattern. The numbers are inset and hand painted black. The glass is convex on the top for the face and beveled in the lower section to view the large brass chimes and brass pendulum. The pendulum rod is also oak. The back of the works is stamped ‘PS Co. BL 116’. It chimes beautifully on the half hour and hour. The cabinet is a very dark patina and has ornate carved accents and the top and bottom.

• This is very heavy and delicate. It is located on the lower level with easy access to a walkout to the driveway.
