This 2013 Special Issue carré is an original design by Aline Honoré. The scarf features the voyage of Pythéas, a Greek explorer and native son of Massalia (today’s Marseille). In 2013, the European Commission honored Marseille with the European Capital of Culture award. Hermès printed only 300 Special Issue scarves in assorted colorways.
