Item Details

A pair of bookends, each featuring a carved rooster figure facing inward, mounted on a rectangular base. The figures exhibit carved feather detail on the tail and wings. The material is white or pale cream alabaster, with the base exhibiting gray veining, possibly marble or a more variegated chalcedony/alabaster combination. The bases are fitted with circular felt pads.
