A set of four metal folding armchairs, each individually hand-painted with a variety of colorful and stylized folk art motifs, including abstract geometric patterns, cityscape scenes, and figural representations of a human form. Each chair has armrests and a slatted seat. The metal folding armchairs are estimated to be Mid-20th Century (1950s-1970s) style; the paint decoration is estimated to be Late 20th – Early 21st Century (1980–2010).

Condition

- Consistent with outdoor use and age, with existing paint wear, nicks, scratches, abrasions, and minor surface oxidation to the metal frames. Condition is relative to the utilitarian nature and age of the metal folding chairs.
