Two U.S. Postage Stamp Albums, Back of the Book and Proprietary Revenue Stamps. Lot contains a Back of the Book album that includes many 1873 and 1879 Official Mail stamps by the Departments of Interior, Agriculture, Justice, Navy, Post Office, Treasury, and War. Album also includes fifty Duck Stamps issued by The Department of the Interior, ranging from 1938 to 2004, Postal Savings stamps (1911 to 1941), Savings stamps (1950s and 1960s), War Savings stamps (1917 to 1945), stamps issued by Cuba, Puerto Rico and Guam in 1899, many stamps from Hawaii (1864 to 1899), 1919 Shangai Offices stamps, Newspaper/Periodical stamps from 1895, and Canal Zone stamps (1904 to 1978). The second album in the lot contains mainly Proprietary Revenue stamps; album includes Series 1871 Revenue stamps, silk paper/double watermarks Revenue stamps (1875 to 1881), 1898 Revenue stamps, Hyphen Hole Revenue stamps (1898), and Proprietary stamps (1914, 1919).
