Five different early Indian cents with problems. First is an 1863 copper-nickel that has been cleaned, 1865 with obverse scratches, 1874 with light scratches, 1875 dark patina, and 1878 with several rim nicks. Designer James B Longacre. Weight 3.1 grams, composition 95% copper .050 tin and zinc. The coins are circulated with heavy wear and some problems.
